Our History
Located in El Dorado Hills, Nor Cal Mechanical has been serving the Greater Sacramento region for over 30 years. Our focus has been primarily residential and light commercial new construction / retrofit businesses. In 2017, we launched a new service department to better take care of the needs of our existing customers and future customers. We have the ability to design, service and repair almost any sort of system whether it be a conventional forced air system, radiant system or a blend of the two.

Meet the Owner
Hello, my name is Brad Nichols, owner of Nor Cal Mechanical Inc. I have over 30 years of experience – both residential and commercial – in the heating and air conditioning industry. I bring that experience to each and every job.
My wife and I moved to Northern California in the early 1990s to raise a family and work in an industry that I truly love. Being a part of this community is central to how I run Nor Cal. We sponsor local schools and sports teams and both of us are active volunteers in the community.
By building strong relationships with contractors and earning the trust of homeowners, our customer base has continued to grow strong.

Excellent first time experience! Our heating system went down in our house – NorCal Mechanical came out right away to diagnose the problem. They were on-time, professional and very knowledgeable. Best of all, they were honest and fast, taking the time to show me how the insides of the heating system works and what was causing our heat to not turn on. Pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be an easy fix and inexpensive part replacement.
